DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES
BURN 60 ~ (B/I/A)
~a popular interval blast class alternating between running (or walking) on the treadmill and total body floor strength training sets. You’ll have fun as you burn fat and work your entire body.
CARDIO BLAST ~ (B/I/A)
~Easy to follow step moves for 30 straight minutes of pure cardio!
CARDIO HIIT ~ (B/I/A)
~a mix of high intensity cardio intervals incorporating cross-fit type resistance training
COREFIT MIX ~ (B/I/A)
~hardcore work utilizing therapy balls, medicine balls and/or mat work. It will burn the inner core!
DETOX~ (B/I/A)
~30 minutes of intense cardio including a mixture of calisthenics, plyometrics and body weight exercises with brief resting periods ending with a one of a kind ab routine.. This class is packed with lots of variety and tons of fun, all in under an hour!
FULL BODY BLAST ~ (B/I/A)
~a full body blast of cardio step, strength, plyos, and Kickboxing – all in one! (Bring gloves)
HATHA YOGA ~ (B/I/A)
~a mix of stretching, breathing, strength, holding poses and elongation exercises to improve flexibility and posture.
HIIT ~ (B/I/A)
~high intensity interval training.. utilizing kettlebells, cardio bursts and weights.
P.B.S. ~ (B/I/A)
~PUMP/BOXING/STEP – this class combines three different types of workout routines to keep you motivated and challenged!
PUMP ~ (B/I/A)
~an intense & FUN workout maximizing your muscle capacity -utilizing weights, bands, therapy balls, medicine balls and mat work! It will PUMP you up!!!
PI-Yo ~ (B/I/A)
~a relaxation mix of pilates moves, yoga poses and stretching to elongate your muscles and clear your mind
TOTALLY TABATA ~ (B/I/A)
~a full body workout with small segments of high intensity training (20 seconds on ~ 10 seconds off) making it more effective in reducing body fat than steady state training.
